Singer/songwriter Jessica Erin’s soulful voice leaves a powerful impression on all who hear her. She has opened for Grammy Award winning duo Montgomery Gentry and Country star Darryl Worley, among others. Several of Jessica’s songs have been aired on major network television shows.
Jessica Erin recorded her debut CD, "Free To Be Me", with renowned Record Producers Billy Chapin and Chris Omartian in Nashville, TN. Jessica's song "Girls Night Out", which is on her debut CD, was aired on an episode of the hit NBC TV show "Friday Night Lights", and her song, "Follow Your Heart", has been aired on the soap opera "All My Children". Jessica's song "Say Goodbye" won the annual Grand Prize for Best Song from Songwars run by Mike Pinder of "The Moody Blues" fame. Jessica's single, "Sundays Without You", nominated for Best Country Song by the Hollywood Music in Media Awards, has also been awarded Best Song by Songwriters Universe, and Category Winner by Songwars. Jessica has opened for Grammy Award winners Montgomery Gentry, country star Darryl Worley, the Blues Travelers, and the BoDeans, to name a few. Jessica performed at the San Diego County Fair as part of their July 4th celebration and has also performed at the California State Fair. She has performed several times for sold out crowds at the legendary Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, and has played Joe’s Bar on Weed St. in Chicago, voted Nightclub of the Year by the Academy of Country Music. While in Los Angeles, Jessica performed at world-renowned venues Whiskey A Go-Go and The Viper Room as well as other well-known venues in Southern California. After Jessica came off her "Uncovered Tour", performing through the South and Midwest accompanied by singer/songwriter Jay Denton, she was a featured performer on the Main Stage at The Temecula Film & Music Festival.
Jessica met singer/songwriter Jay Denton while living in Los Angeles. Dallas born and raised, Jay writes with the soul of his Texas roots and the energy of the big city. Combine this with Jessica’s Music City soul and Windy City attitude (hailing from Chicago) and you have a distinctive style that is captivating. Jesi and Jay wrote and recorded an EP while living in Los Angeles. They have released their EP, “Tethered”, on iTunes.
Jesi & Jay's summertime smash "First Taste of Summer" has been featured on several Tennessee stations including 103.3 FM WKDF, WOW Country 105.3 FM, and WCPI-91.3 FM.
Jessica was recently featured on Fox Sports Radio with Mike North. You may have heard Jessica many times on the number one rated “Mike North Morning Show” on Chicago’s “WSCR 670 The Score” radio. Jessica and her songs have been featured on special guest segments on WALS 102 FM Country Radio, Q 103.3 “The Q”, K95.3 “The River”, and WGN Radio’s “Steve and Johnnie Show”. She also receives airplay and has her music featured on many internet stations across the country.
Jessica will always be a Midwestern girl at heart. She re-worked and recorded one of her songs (American Girl) as a tribute to her favorite hometown sports fans, titled "Chicago Bears Fan". She has performed her “Chicago Bears Fan” song on CBS and NBC Chicago TV and has received major radio airplay of her anthem to Chicago Bears' fans. Jessica was selected to perform the National Anthem for the Jeff Fisher (Tennessee Titans) Annual Charity Softball event this year. She was also given the honor of singing the Anthem during the World Championship run of the Chicago White Sox at US Cellular Field in front of 30,000 people. Jessica loves to honor our nation with her voice at sporting events.
Jessica was an annual guest on locally televised Muscular Dystrophy Telethons for many years. She has also performed for the Navy Seals Benefit in San Diego. She is always willing to help support charitable organizations. Having performed in other parts of the world, she performed for our troops in Japan with the Chicago Honey Bears singing Top 40 hits for their live shows. Jessica will support our troops whenever given the opportunity!
Jessica's has an all-embracing talent. Her crossover voice encompasses Pop, Country, Rock, and Blues. Jessica is continually perfecting her craft and she is currently working with the songwriting community in Nashville on new projects.
